I spoke with my contact at Stealth Hitch, who tells me that they had a 2022 Tesla Model 3 in their shop a couple days ago. They did indeed confirm that their # 391TES317 is indeed a fit for the 2022 Tesla Model 3. If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll want to use the # 391TES317T instead, as it includes the ball mount and trailer wiring harness needed for towing. It sounds like the connector for the parking sensor was not reconnected or there may be a pin that pushed out of the connector and is not completing the circuit. The connector is on the right hand side and sits just above the impact bar for the bumper.
